At Reliable Containers, we stand behind the quality of our new and used shipping containers. Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are handled differently than standard parcel shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective containers within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible products include:
New containers
Slightly used containers
Return Process
Because shipping containers cannot be returned by standard mail, all returns are completed through scheduled pickup by our delivery trucks.
To initiate a return, please contact our team to arrange pickup.
Return Conditions
The container must be in the same condition as delivered
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible pickup conditions
Any additional handling requirements may result in extra charges
Fees & Shipping
Return shipping (pickup) is scheduled by our team.
A 10% restocking fee + shipping will be applied to all approved returns
Refunds
Once the container is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
