As part of our standard Quality Guarantee, you will have the opportunity to review and inspect your container at delivery together with the truck driver. A simple Quality Inspection Form is completed on-site to confirm the unit meets expectations.
If any issues arise that fall within our Quality Guarantee, we will arrange repairs at no cost to you. Our goal is to make your buying experience simple, transparent, and worry-free.
All containers meet the following criteria:
To help ensure a fast and hassle-free delivery, please review the following requirements before your container arrives:
The truck must have a clear path with at least 4 metres of width to safely reach your drop-off point.
The delivery area should have solid, compact ground to support both the truck and container.
Because containers are delivered using a tilt-bed system, the drop-off point must be level. Deliveries cannot be made on steep or uneven inclines.
Make sure there is open space in front of the container, approximately three times the container’s length, so the truck can pull forward and exit after unloading.
Our average delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days from the moment your order is placed and payment has been received by our bank.
A wind and watertight (WWT) container has:
A simple test: if you stand inside the container with the doors closed, you should not see any daylight. Choosing a WWT unit is important to ensure your stored items remain protected from the elements.
Used Containers:
Color selection is not available for used containers. Units are stored in large depots in high stacks, and containers are pulled based on availability—not by color.
New (One-Trip) Containers:
For new containers, you may request a preferred color based on our current inventory. Availability varies, but we will do our best to match your preference with what we have in stock.
